Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, content, and services provided by FLORUS LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“FLORUS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the FLORUS website, purchasing any FLORUS program, or maintaining a FLORUS membership, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the FLORUS platform or purchase its programs.
FLORUS provides digital musical wellness and music-therapy–inspired experiences accessible worldwide through an internet connection.
1. Nature of Services
FLORUS offers digital wellness and music therapy inspired programs that combine music, guided reflection and contemplative listening experiences designed to support emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Programs are delivered digitally and may include:
- Original musical compositions
- Guided reflections and listening practices
- Structured multi-day experiences
- Digital access via secure login
All programs are intended solely for personal use and personal wellbeing.
2. Educational and Wellness Purpose Only
Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
FLORUS programs are offered for educational, wellness and personal development purposes only. We do not have a medical or clinical license.
They do not constitute:
- Medical advice
- Psychological or psychiatric treatment
- Diagnosis or treatment of any condition
- A substitute for licensed healthcare or therapy
By using FLORUS, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental health
- You will seek appropriate professional care when needed
- FLORUS makes no medical or therapeutic claims regarding outcomes
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress or medical concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
3. Personal Responsibility
By participating in any FLORUS program, you accept full personal responsibility for your experience and wellbeing.
You agree:
- To engage with the material voluntarily and mindfully
- To pause participation if emotional discomfort arises
- To seek professional support if needed
- That all results and interpretations are your own responsibility
Participation in FLORUS programs is entirely voluntary.
4. Program Purchases
Individual FLORUS programs may be purchased separately.
Current Individual Program Pricing (subject to change)
- To Blossom — USD $90
- Future programs (e.g., The Great Waltz, The Sound of the Trumpets) may be offered at similar pricing
Each purchased program includes:
- A structured multi-day musical experience
- Unlimited listening within the active access period
- Accompanying reflections and guidance
Purchased programs are accessible through your FLORUS account while your membership remains active.
5. Membership & Subscription Access
FLORUS operates under a combined purchase and membership model.
Founding Access Period
From March 2026 through December 31, 2026:
- Platform membership access may be offered at no cost or at a special founding rate.
Beginning January 1, 2027:
- Continued access to purchased programs requires an active FLORUS membership subscription.
Subscription Options (subject to adjustment)
- Monthly Membership: approximately $3.99/month
- Annual Membership: approximately $38/year (20% discount)
Membership provides:
- Ongoing access to purchased programs
- Access to the FLORUS digital platform
- Access to additional purchased programs and evolving library features
If membership is cancelled or expires:
- Access to programs may be paused until membership is reactivated.
FLORUS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits or structure with reasonable notice.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of FLORUS programs and immediate access to content:
All sales are final.
FLORUS does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any digital program, membership or subscription once access has been granted.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All FLORUS content is the exclusive intellectual property of FLORUS LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Musical compositions and recordings
- Audio programs and sound recordings
- Written reflections and texts
- Visual content and design
- Program structure and methodology
- Logos, names and branding
Purchase or membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Share login credentials
- Upload FLORUS content to other platforms
- Sell, license or commercially use any content
- Use FLORUS materials for public or professional use without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.
8. Technology Requirements & Access
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining internet access
- Providing compatible devices
- Protecting login credentials
FLORUS is not responsible for:
- Internet connectivity issues
- Device incompatibility
- User technical limitations
- Temporary platform maintenance or interruptions
We strive to maintain continuous access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Privacy
FLORUS respects your privacy and handles personal information with care.
Information collected may include:
- Name and email
- Account and payment details
- Program usage information
This information is used solely for:
- Account management
- Customer support
- Program communication
- Membership updates
FLORUS does not sell personal data to third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLORUS LLC shall not be liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Emotional responses arising from program content
- Personal interpretations or decisions
- Losses related to use or inability to use the platform
All use of FLORUS programs is at your own discretion and risk.
11. International Use
FLORUS operates from Texas, United States, but programs may be accessed globally.
Users accessing the platform from outside the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
13. Modifications to Terms
FLORUS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using any FLORUS program or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
